Over decades of therapeutic practice, observation, and inquiry, I came to understand that healing does not begin only where symptoms appear. It begins where the human being is approached more fully: as body, emotion, memory, consciousness, relationship, and presence.

Total Emotional Release was developed through years of therapeutic practice and close observation of the ways unresolved emotional experience remains active within the body, the nervous system, and the deeper emotional field. It offers a guided process through which body, feeling, and awareness can begin participating together, allowing what has been held to move toward release with greater coherence and care.
